Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data aperta ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. This policy currently covers the pre-launch waitlist signup only — it will be expanded once the app itself launches and additional data (accounts, payments, event participation) is processed.
Who we are
aperta (SAS), 6 rue Lacroix, Paris, 75017, France. Contact: contact@aperta.app.
What we collect
The only personal data we currently collect through this website is the email address you voluntarily submit through the sign-up form, to be notified when the app launches.
Why we collect it (purpose)
To send you a one-time (or occasional) notification when aperta launches, and any closely related pre-launch updates.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by submitting the sign-up form.
Who has access to it
Your email is stored in our database (hosted via our platform's backend infrastructure) and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by our hosting/infrastructure provider (Lovable Labs Incorporated, USA) strictly to operate the site — see our Cookie Policy for details on site analytics.
International transfers
Because our hosting infrastructure is operated by a US-based provider (Lovable Labs Incorporated), your data may be processed outside the European Union. Appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply to this transfer where required.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the app launches and the waitlist purpose is fulfilled, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@aperta.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) if you believe your rights aren't respected.
